UNFAIR ADVANTAGE / TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

How we handle site usage data, messages and links to software vendors.

Last updated: November 5, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Unfair Advantage (https://www.unfairadvantagetools.com, the “Site”) is operated by Gael Poiroux — Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), an individual business established in France (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Our business details appear on the Contact & Legal Information page.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be processed when you visit the Site, contact us or follow a link to a third-party website. The Site does not sell software, create user accounts or take payments; purchases happen on vendors' own websites.

2. Information we may process

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if provided, the content of your message and anything needed to reply or keep business records. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, account credentials or sensitive personal information.

Technical and usage data

The Site is published on Google's Blogger platform. Google and its infrastructure providers may process information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, request times, diagnostic and security events to deliver and protect the Site and produce usage statistics. Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

When you follow a link to a vendor, broker or other third-party website, that third party processes your information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate or partner links may carry an identifier so the third party can attribute the referral to us. We do not receive your account credentials or payment details from those websites.

3. How we use information

  • To make the Site available, troubleshoot errors and keep it secure.
  • To answer messages and handle privacy or legal requests.
  • To understand general Site performance and improve our content, using only the tools actually enabled on the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations, protect our rights and prevent misuse.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, steps you request when you contact us, compliance with legal obligations and, where required, your consent for optional technologies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that run the Site (such as Google for Blogger hosting), by our email provider when you write to us, or disclosed where required by law.

5. International transfers

Service providers such as Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the safeguards those providers describe in their own terms and policies.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Technical data held by Google is retained under Google's own policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, email adternativesolutions@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the French CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the Site or its integrations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. See also our Cookie Policy.
